Dr. Lung Wei Choi, the founder of Goodway, was among the first industrialists investing factories in the mainland from Hong Kong. Dr. Choi established Hong Kong Goodway Electrical Co., Ltd. in 1982, and then set up 4 factories in Bao’an, Shenzhen by himself, the total size of the factories reaching over 600 thousand square feet and the employers up to 2000 above. The company mainly manufactured as OEM for some international brands at first with an annual output of about 10 million pieces and the products were sold to more than 50 countries and districts around the world.

Dr. Choi founded “Goodway”, the home appliance brand belonging to Hong Kong in 1995. Hong Kong was the starting point, then the whole mainland China. Now Goodway has branches in Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu and Bao’an, Shenzhen as well as over 400 sales distributors. Goodway is presently well-known in Hong Kong and mainland market at the same time.
